Born in Canada and raised by two hardworking parents, Brett learned the value of dedication and independence from an early age. Watching his parents’ tireless efforts laid the foundation for his strong work ethic. As a young man, Brett stepped out on his own, gaining hands-on experience alongside his father in frozen food warehousing, as well as construction, landscaping, and other labor-intensive jobs.

Despite years of rewarding work, Brett’s true passion was always music and entertaining. Driven by that dream, he has spent the past 30 years traveling across North America, sharing his talent and connecting with audiences from all walks of life. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but Brett’s determination and authenticity have earned him a loyal following of friends and fans.

Today, Brett continues to grow as a performer, constantly refining his craft while staying rooted in the values he was raised with. He credits much of his success to the support of key people in his life—longtime friends, former bandmates, Patti Bier, and most importantly, his parents. The unwavering love and encouragement from his parents have shaped not only his music career but also the man he is today.
